Yes. requests to create facilitator accounts can be made by other facilitators using a valid company email address. Requests from personal emails will not be processed. To create a Sales Excellence Director or RMCF admin account, the request must come from an authorized SED or RMCF administrator. These users have an email address using riversidecompany.com domain.
